• Lead a patient-centric team respecting your clinical judgment and leadership
• Ensure excellent quality of care adhering to high standards of ethics and professionalism
• Conduct comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
• Discuss treatment planning options with patients
• Provide high-quality clinical treatments efficiently
• Manage budget awareness and collaborate with the Operations team to meet financial goals
• Mentor and coach new dentists and dental professionals
• Stay current with developments in dentistry through continued education
• Network with professional groups and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental in the community
