Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Lead Dentist / Managing Clinical Director in Baton Rouge, LA. This full-time role focuses on leading a patient-centric team, upholding high clinical standards, and expanding scope through ongoing education and leadership.

You will mentor dentists and staff, conduct comprehensive exams, discuss and implement treatment plans, and collaborate with operations to ensure financial objectives while delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Lead a patient-centric team while upholding clinical judgment and ethics.

Qualifications:

• Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
