Key responsibilities:
Lead a patient-centric team respecting clinical judgment and leadership
Ensure high-quality care adhering to dental ethics and professionalism
Conduct comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
Discuss treatment planning options with patients
Provide high-quality clinical treatments efficiently
Manage budget awareness and collaborate with the Operations team to meet financial goals
Mentor and coach new dentists and dental professionals
Stay updated on dental advancements through continued education
Network with professional groups and represent Aspen Dental in the community
Qualifications:
DDS or DMD from an accredited school
