Salary: $200,000 – $300,000 / Year

To Achieve Success, You Will:

  • Lead a patient-centric team respecting your clinical judgment and leadership
  • Ensure excellent quality of care adhering to high standards of ethics and professionalism
  • Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
  • Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients
  • Provide high-quality clinical treatments efficiently
  • Maintain awareness of the budget and work with the Operations team to meet financial goals
  • Mentor and coach new dentists and dental professionals
  • Stay updated with new developments through continued education and professional development
  • Network with professional groups, dental associations, and societies to represent Aspen Dental practices

Qualifications:

  • Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
  • Aspen Dental practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists, receiving non-clinical business support from Aspen Dental Management, Inc.
