Position Overview

This opportunity is with a progressive, financially stable Health Center.

Salary and Benefits
  • Base Salary Range: $175,000 (includes Base, Production, and Quality bonuses)
  • 401k Plan: $1 for $1 match on the first 3% of income, and $0.50 on the dollar for the 4th and 5th% (max 4%)
  • Immediate 100% vesting on company match (Safe Harbor Plan)
  • Sign-on Bonus: $35,000 paid after 90 days
  • Relocation reimbursement: Up to $10,000
  • CME and License Fees: Up to $4,600
  • Retention Bonus: $5,000 after 2 and 3 years; $5,500 after 5 and 7 years; $6,000 after 10 years and every 5 years thereafter
  • Paid Time Off: 240 hours
  • Holidays: Up to 9 paid holidays plus your birthday off
  • Health/Dental/Vision: Organization covers a portion; PPO and HSA options available
  • Group Term Life Insurance: $80,000 benefit paid by the company; voluntary additional coverage available
  • Long Term Disability: Employee-paid option
  • Extended Illness Paid Time: Up to 8 weeks
  • Loan Repayment: NHSC loan eligible
  • Workload: 20-25 patient visits per day
  • Schedule: 40 hours/week, 4-day workweek 9 am-5:30 pm, with one Saturday per month (9 am-5 pm), offset by a weekday
Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat oral health issues
  • Perform dental procedures (fillings, extractions, etc.)
  • Create treatment plans based on patient needs
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and prevention
  • Conduct check-ups and cleanings
  • Collaborate with staff for coordinated care
  • Analyze X-rays and diagnostics
  • Ensure infection control and safety
  • Stay updated with dental advancements
  • Manage equipment and instruments
  • Address patient concerns
  • Maintain a welcoming office environment
  • Adhere to ethical and professional standards
