Job summary

Western Dental & Orthodontics is seeking a Dentist to provide high-quality dental care in a collaborative practice. You will perform preventative, restorative, endodontic, and surgical procedures and work with a team that includes Board Specialists when needed to treat patients under one roof.

You’ll join an office focused on teamwork, with experienced staff and a patient base you can be proud of, supported by evidence-based dentistry and ongoing continuing education.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school.
• Active, unrestricted state dental license or in process of obtaining license upon graduation.
• CPR/BLS certification and DEA certification.
• NPI number.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and evaluations to diagnose dental problems.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Perform a wide range of procedures, including fillings, cleanings, extractions, and root canals.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
• Provide prescriptions for patients as needed.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including X-rays and treatment histories.
• Refer patients to specialists for complex treatments and ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, and infection control standards.
