Job summary

Western Dental & Orthodontics is seeking a Dentist to provide high-quality dental care in a collaborative practice. The team handles preventative, restorative, endodontic, and surgical procedures within general dentistry, with access to Board Specialists when referrals are needed.

You will work with experienced staff to deliver evidence-based care, focusing on patient outcomes and smiles while maintaining stringent safety and infection-control standards.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school is required.
• Active, unrestricted state dental license or in the process of obtaining one upon graduation.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• DEA certification is required.
• NPI number is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and evaluations to diagnose dental problems.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Perform a wide range of procedures, including fillings, cleanings, extractions, and root canals.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
• Provide prescriptions for patients as needed.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including X-rays and treatment histories.
• Refer patients to specialists for complex treatments and ensure safety and infection-control standards are met.

Education
