Job summary

42 North Dental, built by dentists for dentists, is seeking a Dentist to guide the entire clinical patient experience—from initial exam and treatment plan to delivery of care—in our established Boston-area practice that welcomes a strong flow of new patients each month.

In-office specialties include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics; we emphasize continuing education, mentorship, and collaboration with a network of Doctors.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures as needed.
• Maintain highest standard of care and ethics.
• Keep up with new developments and continuing education.
