Job summary

42 North Dental, founded in the Boston area, seeks a licensed dentist to lead full patient care from initial exam to treatment plan and delivery. In-office specialties include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics, within an established practice with a strong patient flow.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Active state dental license to practice.
• Vaccination against Hepatitis B documented.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and plan treatment.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' dental records.
• Review X-rays and diagnostic tests to monitor growth.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures as needed.
• Uphold high standards of care and ethics.
• Stay current with new developments and continuing education.

Education

Current state dental license

Vaccination documentation for Hepatitis B
