Job summary

42North Dental, a dentist-led practice, is seeking a Dentist to manage the full patient experience from exam to treatment. In-office specialty services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

This role offers comprehensive benefits, malpractice coverage, a 401K, continuing education support, mentorship, equity opportunities, and the potential to earn $150,000-$250,000 annually. Licensure and BLS/CPR certification required.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain highest quality standard of care and ethics.
