Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to join our established practice in the U.S. offering comprehensive dental care from exams to surgical procedures, with access to an exclusive continuing education network and mentorship among a community of doctors.

You will promote oral health, diagnose diseases, educate patients on treatment options, and create and discuss treatment plans while maintaining records and keeping up with the latest developments in dental care.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans and discuss options with patients.
• Review and maintain patient medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standard of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments via continuing education.
