Job summary

42 North Dental in East Weymouth, MA is seeking a Dentist to oversee the full patient journey—from the initial exam and treatment planning to the delivery of care—with in‑office specialties in periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics.

In our established practice, you will welcome a strong flow of new patients each month and have access to exclusive continuing education and a network of Doctors for mentorship and collaboration, helping you grow in your career.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a CODA‑accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient’s oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patient’s medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues in the oral cavity.
• Maintain high quality standards of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education.

Education

DMD or DDS degree
