Job summary

MRG Exams is seeking a dedicated Dentist to join our team in performing VA disability assessments for U.S. Veterans. You will review electronic health records via a secure portal and conduct in-person evaluations for 3–6 Veterans daily, 1 day per week or a few days per month.

This role does not involve treatment or prescribing medications. You will document findings for VA forms with a professional, empathetic approach and ensure timely completion.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in West Virginia (DDS/DMD/OS).
• Comfortable using technology to review records and complete documentation.
• Able to review electronic health records and complete VA forms

Dentist – Veteran Disability Assessments

We are seeking a dedicated Dentist to join our team in performing medical assessments for U.S. Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process. In performing Disability Assessments, you will review health records electronically through a secure Web Portal and perform an assessment in-person on each Veteran.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person disability assessments for U.S. Veterans.

• Review and analyze electronic medical records via a secure web portal.

• Accurately document exam findings and complete the required VA forms.

Note: This role does not involve treatment or prescribing medication. Disability determinations are made by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), not by the provider.

Position Details:

• Schedule: 1 day/week or a few days/month

• Location: In-person role.

• Caseload: 3-6 Veterans per day on average.

• Equipment Provided: Computer and all necessary tools for documentation.
