This role emphasizes practicing at the top of your license, continued training in implants and endodontics, and a supportive operations and compliance framework to focus on patient care and community health.

Formación

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active state dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Current CPR certification.
• Active DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Controlled Substance License, if required by the state.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Qualified candidates may be considered for sponsorship.
• Commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered dental care at the top of your license.
• Conduct examinations, diagnose oral health conditions and develop treatment plans.
• Clearly communicate treatment recommendations and options to patients.
• Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients and families.
• Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants and other providers for coordinated care.
• Lead and empower your clinical team through communication and daily huddles.
• Stay current with advances in dentistry and evidence-based treatment.
• Maintain high standards of clinical ethics, patient safety, confidentiality and compliance.
