Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited dental school required.
• Completion of an accredited general practice residency program preferred.
• Knowledge of public health principles and practices preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to maintain appropriate clinical privileges required.
• Unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the State of Ohio required.
• Current CPR (BLS) certifications. ACLS preferred.
• Ohio DEA registrations required.
• Medicare and Medicaid provider numbers needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventative and restorative services, including fillings, repairs, endodontics, crowns, and extractions.
• Opportunity to see patients of all ages, from birth through adult.
• Work with a collaborative team of dentists, hygienists, and dental assistants.

Skills
