The Associate Dentist role is suitable for qualified individuals, including recent dental school graduates. You will have a unique opportunity to provide quality patient care and grow your career while receiving mentorship from an established Owner Dentist using the latest technology. This includes one-on-one mentoring sessions and participation in regional Continuing Education opportunities. You will also collaborate with the Owner Dentist to establish a shared understanding of clinical culture, patient outcomes, and standards of care.
