The Associate Dentist role is open to qualified individuals, including recent dental school graduates. You will provide quality care for patients and grow your career with shoulder-to-shoulder coaching from an established Owner Dentist using the latest technology. You will participate in mentorship sessions and regional Continuing Education opportunities. This also includes engaging with the Owner Dentist to align on clinical culture, patient outcomes, and standards of care.
