The Associate Dentist role is suitable for qualified individuals, including recent dental school graduates. You will have the opportunity to provide quality patient care and grow your career with shoulder-to-shoulder coaching from an established Owner Dentist using the latest proven technology. You will participate in one-on-one mentoring sessions and regional Continuing Education opportunities. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Owner Dentist to align on clinical culture, patient outcomes, and standards of care.
