Description

The Dentist is responsible for providing general dentistry and supervising dental assistants and Hygienists. The schedule includes Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Responsibilities Include
  • Provide direct service to patients.
  • Ensure compliance with DPH, OSHA, and Dental Association regulations.
  • Follow departmental protocols.
  • Meet productivity standards (if applicable).
  • Supervise dental assistants and hygienists.
  • Attend required meetings.
  • Commit to providing dental care to families in medically underserved communities.
  • Be flexible in developing new methods of dental service delivery.
  • Handle sensitive information confidentially.
Minimum Qualifications
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited Dental School.
  • Fully licensed or LLD.
  • Massachusetts Controlled Substance certificate and DEA registration.
  • CPR certification.
  • Licensed to practice Dentistry in Massachusetts, with a valid Massachusetts Limited License in Dentistry.
  • Minimum of three years’ professional experience in the US (preferred).
  • Public Health experience (preferred).
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
