A leading non-profit dental organization in Southwest Missouri seeks a General or Pediatric Dentist to improve oral health for children. In a collaborative and mission-driven environment, you'll provide quality dental care, educate families, and enjoy competitive compensation, generous benefits, and a meaningful impact in the community.
Dentist (General or Pediatric)
We’re more than just a dental office—we’re a non-profit organization deeply rooted in our Southwest Missouri community. Our mission is simple but powerful: to improve oral health and wellness in children through access to quality dental care.
We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate General Dentist or Pediatric Dentist who shares our heart for service and believes in creating positive experiences for kids at the dental visit.
Whether you’re just out of residency or looking to reconnect with your purpose in dentistry, you’ll find meaningful work here—and a supportive team that feels more like family.
This position can be worked four or five days a week; whichever you prefer.
What You’ll Do:
Provide comprehensive dental care to children and young adults (ages 1-19), including preventive, restorative, and emergency services.
Collaborate with our dental assistants, hygienists, support staff and administrative team to ensure seamless patient experiences.
Educate children and their families on oral hygiene and healthy habits.
Help foster a welcoming, friendly, and comforting atmosphere for every patient, every visit, every day.
What We’re Looking For:
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Licensed (or license-eligible) to practice dentistry in Missouri.
CPR/BLS certification.
A passion for serving children ages 1 to 19 from low-income families.
Excellent communication skills and a kind, down-to-earth approach with kids and parents alike.
What We Offer:
A mission-driven environment that brings smiles to kids who need it most.
Competitive compensation with bonus potential.
A manageable patient load so you can focus on quality, not quotas.
Generous PTO, paid holidays, and flexible scheduling options.
Full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, and student loan payments.
Continuing education support and opportunities for professional growth.
The joy of knowing your work makes a real impact—every single day.
Compensation:
$200,000 per year
