Job Title: Dentist - $200,000-$300,000/year at DirectDental

Join a thriving, patient-focused dental practice with over 10 years of community trust in Papillion, NE. We are seeking a General Dentist to take over a full schedule in a modern, supportive, and privately owned practice.

Schedule:

Full Time - No weekends!
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation Package:

Competitive Pay: Estimated annual earnings of $200,000–$300,000+
$700/day guarantee for the first 90 days, 30%-35% of collections, and No Lab Fees!

Dentist Duties and Responsibilities:

• Educate patients on oral hygiene & aftercare, answer questions, and provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Prescribe antibiotics and pain-relief medications
• Provide care for cracked/fractured teeth
• Perform routine procedures like fillings, extractions, and root canals; diagnose dental/jaw conditions
• Perform advanced treatments such as implants, cosmetic dentistry, and Invisalign (with experience or willingness to learn)
• Conduct surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues
• Develop and communicate comprehensive treatment plans

Requirements and Qualifications:

• DDS/DMD with Nebraska license (or ability to obtain)
• 2 years experience preferred, but new grads are welcome
