Associate Dentist – Temp or Long-Term Opportunity | Private Practice | Marshalltown, IA

About The Role

We’re currently hiring an Associate Dentist for immediate coverage, with strong interest in a long-term hire. Full-time is ideal (Mon–Thurs, 7 AM–5 PM), but we are open to part-time or temp availability, especially Mondays.

What We’re Looking For

• General dentist comfortable with basic restorative, crowns, simple extractions, and anterior endo
• Experience restoring implants preferred
• Friendly, team-oriented, and collaborative—our local dentists enjoy working and socializing together

Compensation & Benefits

• $150K–$175K base salary (depending on experience) or 32–35% of collections
• Temp rate: $1000–$1200/day guaranteed or 32% of collections
