ETS Dental in York, PA is seeking an Associate Dentist to join our privately owned, long-standing general dentistry practice. We have served the York community for over 60 years, offering a patient-centered environment and meaningful earning potential.

We operate a fee-for-service model, are open to new graduates (class of 2025), and provide on-site mentorship, CE allowance, a retirement plan, and equity options. Typical schedule is Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with weekends off.

Qualifications

• Open to NEW graduates (2025)
• Primarily Adult based care, some pediatric care
• Current referrals for Periodontics, Wisdom Teeth extractions, and Root Canal treatment

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry to adult patients
• Collaborate with specialists for referrals (periodontics, extractions, endodontics) as needed
• Practice within fee-for-service model and uphold high clinical autonomy

Our established, privately owned General Dentistry practice in York, PA, is currently looking for a motivated Associate Dentist to join our team. We have proudly served the York community for over 60 years and offer a supportive, patient-centered environment with significant earning potential.

Highlights of the practice for the Dentist:

• Fee-For-Service (FFS) model
• Open to NEW graduates (2025)
• Primarily Adult based care, some pediatric care.
• Current referrals for Periodontics, Wisdom Teeth extractions, and Root Canal treatment

Compensation & Benefits for the Dentist:

• Up to $750 per day or 30-35% of collections, whichever is greater (Amount/% based on experience)
• On-site mentorship, CE allowance, Retirement plan when eligible
• Equity option available and focused Clinical Autonomy for eligible candidates

Schedule of the Dentist:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday, Saturday, Sunday: Off
• No evenings, Weekends, or On-call
