Dental Dreams LLC is actively hiring dentists across our Pennsylvania offices for both full-time and part-time roles, with start dates ASAP. You’ll work in a modern, dentist-owned practice that emphasizes autonomy in treatment planning and a fully digital, paperless office.

We offer a generous compensation package including a permanent daily minimum guarantee, a sign-on bonus up to $50,000, and a typical annual earnings range of $290,000–$330,000+, plus benefits such as health and vision

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
• DDS/DMD in Dentistry from an accredited U.S. dental program.

Responsibilities

• Complete autonomy over treatment planning.
• Full patient schedule with efficient time management.
