Job summary

Waxhaw Dental Center is actively seeking a General Dentist to join our established family practice in Waxhaw, NC. This full-time role offers a Monday-Thursday, 8am–5pm schedule and a Friday 8am–1pm shift, with a guaranteed $150,000/year base and potential for increased earnings through patient collections.

We provide mentorship and a clear Doctor Development Plan with a pathway to partnership at no upfront cost.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Active State Dental License & DEA License.
• Competency in comprehensive dentistry including restorative procedures, extractions, crown & bridge, and endodontics.
• Experience with iTero scanning is a plus.

Position Highlights

Full-time, Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-1pm Minimum guaranteed salary: $150,000/year with unlimited earning potential based on collections PPO & Fee-for-Service (FFS) patient base Mentorship and clear Doctor Development Plan Path to Partnership with no upfront cost

What We’re Looking For

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• Active State Dental License & DEA License
• Competency in comprehensive dentistry including: Restorative procedures
• Extractions (simple and surgical)
• Crown & Bridge
• Endodontics (Root Canals)
• iTero scanning
• Implant placement experience is a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication skills & a collaborative spirit
• Committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience
