Job summary

Gentle Dental in Moore, OK is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our PPO-based practice with a strong in-house team and clinical autonomy.

Offering $205,000–$400,000 annual compensation with no production targets, flexible schedules, and extensive in-house CE plus mentorship supports your growth and balance.

You'll work with board-certified specialists, modern technology, and comprehensive practice management support to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of dental experience preferred.
• Accredited Dental School Graduate.
• Current State Dental License or ability to acquire by employment.
• CPR, DEA, and NPI certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide general dental care to patients in a PPO-focused practice.
• Collaborate with in-house specialists and support staff.
• Maintain patient-centered care with emphasis on quality and autonomy.

Position Details

• Full team of in house Board eligible, or Certified, specialists to support your specialty needs
• Predominantly PPO practice
• Comprehensive dental office

• Percentage of production

Schedule

• 5 days a week
• Monday- Friday, Possibly 1-2 Saturdays a months

Position Qualifications
