Job summary

Carolina Smiles Center in Florence, SC, is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our established family practice. This opportunity offers a path to partnership, a $25,000 signing bonus, and relocation assistance; you will work with a team that values clinical excellence, patient trust, and ongoing professional growth.

As part of our FFS practice with strong patient flow and modern technology, you will perform restorative, extractions, crown & Bridge, and Endodontics, with iTero scanning

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Active State Dental License & DEA License.
• Competency in restorative procedures, extractions, crown & bridge, and endodontics.
• Excellent communication and patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dentistry including restorative, extractions and endodontics.
• Utilize technology to deliver high-quality patient care and outcomes.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

What We’re Looking For

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• Active State Dental License & DEA License
• Competency in comprehensive dentistry including:
  • Restorative procedures
  • Extractions
  • Crown & Bridge
  • Endodontics (Root Canals)
  • iTero scanning
  • Implant placement experience is a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication skills & a collaborative spirit
• Committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience
