Associate Dentist – Advanced Dental Center of Florence

Advanced Dental Center of Florence is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our established, comprehensive dental practice. We are a patient-centered, multi-provider office that values quality care, clinical autonomy, and professional growth. What We’re Looking For

• General and restorative dentistry (crown and bridge, fillings, preventive care)
• Endodontics (especially molar root canals)
• Implant placement and restoration (preferred or strong willingness to learn)
• Clear aligner therapy and orthodontics (preferred or open to training)
• Extractions and other bread-and-butter procedures

Required Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited residency program (AEGD or GPR)
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first approach
• Team-oriented mindset and desire for long-term growth
• Implant, ortho, or endo experience is a plus but not required

Work Schedule

• Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• The associate will be expected to work until 7:00 PM on either Wednesday or Thursday each week
