Gentle Dental Careers in Tucson, AZ seeks a full-time General Dentist to join a comprehensive practice with in-house specialists and a PPO-focused patient base. The role offers a $10,000 signing bonus and earnings between $180,000 and $400,000, with compensation based on production and no first-year targets.

You'll have mentorship, in-house CE credits, 401(k) with company match, malpractice coverage, and relocation/license reimbursement for those relocating.

Position Details

• Full team of in house Board eligible, or Certified, specialists to support your specialty needs
• Predominantly PPO practice
• Comprehensive dental office
• Compensation
• Percentage of production based on experience
• Full time Dentist expected to make between $180,000 and $400,000

Schedule

• 4-5 days a week
• Monday - Friday

Position Qualifications

• Accredited Dental School Graduate
• Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
• Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI
