Job summary

Gentle Dental in Surprise, AZ is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join a collaborative, patient‑focused practice within the InterDent family. You’ll provide comprehensive care with clinical autonomy and the support of a strong, mission‑driven team.

The role offers a PPO practice mix, relocation assistance and state license reimbursement for eligible candidates, plus benefits that cover healthcare, retirement, disability and CE credits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of dental experience is required.
• Accredited Dental School Graduate is required.
• Current applicable State Dental License (or ability to acquire by time of employment).
• Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI are required.

Position Details

• Full team of in house Board eligible, or Certified, specialists to support your specialty needs
• Predominantly PPO practice
• Comprehensive dental office
• Compensation
• Percentage of production based on experience

Schedule

• 5 days a week
• Monday – Friday
• Fridays and some Saturdays Required
