Job summary

  • Bilingual or multicultural communication skills to enhance patient rapport.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat a broad range of dental conditions for a diverse patient population, including restorative, preventive, and emergency dental care.
  • Perform routine and complex dental procedures such as extractions, fillings, crowns, and root canals.
  • Conduct thorough oral health assessments, including examination of teeth, gums, and surrounding oral structures.
  • Develop and communicate individualized treatment plans, educating patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
  • Document patient encounters, treatment plans, and clinical findings accurately in the electronic health records system.
  • Coordinate with dental assistants, hygienists, and other clinic staff to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care delivery.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and comply with all applicable healthcare standards and protocols.
