Pay information

• Competitive daily rates starting at $800, depending on experience and capabilities
• Earn at least 32% of production based on experience and clinical skills
• Opportunities for performance-based increases, including participation in the GEDC Progressive Provider Pay program that rewards clinical value

What you’ll bring to the team

• Clinical Expertise: Diagnose and treat oral health issues using advanced procedures. Perform exams, cleanings, and restorations.
• Treatment Planning: Develop comprehensive plans, educate patients on options for informed decisions.
• Patient Care: Provide compassionate, patient-centered care, building positive relationships and ensuring comfort.
• Leadership and Collaboration: Work with staff to ensure smooth operations, provide guidance on protocols and best practices.
• Adherence to Protocols: Follow clinical protocols, including infection control and safety, and implement referral guidelines.
