Job summary

Impress, a leading digital orthodontic group, seeks a Dentist to deliver clear aligner therapy and high-quality dental care in a tech-forward, team-based setting.

You will consult with patients, plan treatments, and provide world-class service while utilizing cutting-edge tools to achieve exceptional outcomes. The role requires DDS/DMD and active US licensure with ability to travel between clinics.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited university.
• Current State Dental Board license.
• Right to work in the United States.
• Experience in orthodontics or clear aligner care preferred.
• Willingness to travel between clinics.

Responsibilities

• Explain and determine suitable treatment plans while delivering a world-class patient experience.
• Conduct consultations, 3D scans, follow-up visits, IPRs, and engager placement.
• Carry out fillings, hygiene, whitening and other necessary procedures.
• Submit aligner diagnostics to the network and coordinate with medical director for cases.
• Educate patients on oral health practices and equipment maintenance.

How You'll Have Impact

• Patient Experience: Explain and determine suitable treatment plans while delivering a world-class experience for every customer.
• Clinical Care: Perform consultations, 3D scans, follow-up visits, IPRs, and engager placement.
• Dental Procedures: Carry out fillings, dental hygiene, whitening, and other dental procedures as needed.
• Collaboration: Submit aligner diagnostics to our network and work with the medical director to prepare cases for production.
• Education: Educate patients on oral health practices and ensure the responsible maintenance of dental equipment.

Requirements

• Education: Dental degree from an accredited university (DDS/DMD).
• Licensing: Relevant State Dental Board Licenses.
• Work authorization: Compliance with all dental and healthcare laws and a valid work permit for the country of operation.
• Quality: Dedicated to excellence and efficiency in the execution of diagnosis and treatment planning.
