Job summary

360care is seeking a General Dentist with heart for geriatric and underserved communities. This 1099 Independent Contractor role offers flexible scheduling and no evenings or weekends, allowing you to focus on patient care.

You will travel to skilled nursing facilities to provide preventive, restorative, and surgical services, document care in our EMR, and supervise support staff to ensure high-quality outcomes for residents.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD in good standing; active license.
• Willingness to travel to skilled nursing facilities.
• Independent contractor (1099) with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Travel to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
• Provide comprehensive dental care in geriatrics and related areas.

The Dental Care you provide gives the residents of the facilities we serve their dignity and quality of life!

As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you will receive great compensation and enjoy a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Trained Dental Assistant to assist on all visits
• State of the art portable equipment, instruments,and supplies
  • including theAsepticodelivery system with high and low speed hand pieces and suction, hand held X-ray camera (all our DA are certified to take the x-rays), Hand Held Digital Sensor for Digital Imaging, all standard surgical instruments and we use polyvinyl impression materials to take impressions
• All scheduling and billingarecompleted by 360Care
• Full office support including a Care Coordination team handling all consents, pre-authorizations, patient scheduling, post op and IT support
• Field supportand mentorshipfrom Clinical Director
