ETS Dental in Southern Pittsburgh is seeking a skilled General Dentist to join our small, well-established practice. Full-time opportunity (4 days, Mon-Fri, no weekends) with a focus on comprehensive care, including restorative, cosmetic, endodontic, and surgical procedures.

We offer a fee-for-service and PPO model, mentorship, CE allowance, and a retirement plan. Earning potential is up to $300,000, with a daily guarantee and a percentage of collections.

Qualifications

• 1 year clinical experience or completion of an AEGD/GPR.
• Full scope: Basic Restorative, Cosmetic, Endo, and Oral Surgery.
• Implant placement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry to adults.
• Perform restorative, cosmetic, endodontic, and minor oral surgery procedures.
• Collaborate with team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain long-term patient relationships and treatment plans.

Requirements for the Dentist:

• 1 Year of clinical experience or the completion of an AEGD/GPR
• Full scope: Basic Restorative, Cosmetic, Endo, and Oral Surgery
• Implant placement (single-unit, posterior) strong pref.
• Long-term employment track
