Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of US-based experience (Or 1 year with the completion of an AEGD/GPR program).

• Proficient in bread-and-butter dentistry.
• Experience with molar endo, complex oral surgery, and implant placement preferred but not required.

Our practice in Irwin, PA is seeking a Full-Time General Dentist to join our team. Our next hire will come into a thriving, privately owned dental practice with over 30 years of experience serving the greater southeastern Pittsburgh region. Our office offers clinical autonomy, dedicated mentorship from a seasoned provider, and the potential for a long-term ownership path if so desired.

All applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of US-based experience (Or 1 year with the completion of an AEGD/GPR program)

Practice Highlights for the Dentist:

• Fee-for-Service and PPO only
• Adult Focused office (90%)
• 2:1 ratio for both Hygienists and Assistants
• Technology: 2 Dexis IO scanners, Digital X-rays, Intraoral & Panoramic imaging
• 30 minutes from Pittsburgh
• Solo-Provider office (excellent hands-on training)

Compensation for the Dentist:

• 30% of Collections (Daily Guarantee Negotiable)
• Lab Fees covered by the Practice
• Mentorship, Malpractice coverage, and Health stipend
• Future Equity Option

Schedule of the Dentist:

• Full-Time
• Monday – Thursday (8:30-6:00)
• Friday – Sunday (Off)

Clinical Outlook of the Dentist:

• Proficient in “Bread and Butter” Dentistry
• Experience with Molar Endo, Complex Oral Surgery, and Implant Placement preferred, but not required.
• Additional skillsets (Invisalign, CAD/CAM, etc.) are a positive!
