HOURS: PRN – Flexible One Day/week or Twice/Month
STATUS: Employee status or 1099 Independent Contractor (your choice)
COMPENSATION: Guaranteed hourly rate; company paid medical malpractice insurance

Under the supervision of the Medical Director and Dental Director, the Dentist is responsible for supervising the dental staff, managing dental activities, and providing oral health care such as fillings, extractions, dentures, root canals, etc.
Current Illinois State Dental license
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
