Lake Dental in Palm Springs seeks an associate dentist to practice comprehensive dentistry with emphasis on mentorship and growth in endodontics, implants, and surgery.

Join a team-oriented, family-friendly practice with modern tech including CEREC and CBCT, offering clinical autonomy, strong support, and opportunities to advance toward partnership. Start at 3 days/week with Friday required, potential to grow to 4 days.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree from CODA-accredited program.
• Current, valid California dental license or eligible for licensure.
• Minimum two years of clinical practice experience.
• CPR certification and DEA registration as required.

We’re seeking an associate dentist who is excited to practice comprehensive dentistry and has a strong interest in expanding skills in endodontics, implants, and surgery. This is a busy, well-established practice offering clinical autonomy, strong support, and advanced technology including CEREC, CBCT, and digital imaging.

Schedule:

• Start at 3 days per week (Fridays required)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate oral healthcare, utilizing advanced diagnostic skills to develop personalized treatment plans that prioritize patient well-being and long-term dental health.
• Contribute towards a team oriented and collegiate environment by working with other clinical and non-clinical staff members, as necessary.
• Uphold the policy, protocol, and procedures in compliance with the most current accepted professional standards.
• Improving your clinical skills and acumen through participation in continuing education and training opportunities (continuing education support is available)
• Participate in various community outreach initiatives, as necessary.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
• Current, valid state license to practice dentistry (License must be in good standing) or eligible for licensure.
• Minimum of two years of clinical practice experience, demonstrating professional growth and practical expertise in dental care
• Other certifications as required by state to include - CPR, DEA, etc.
