360care is seeking a General Dentist with heart for geriatric and underserved communities. As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you will travel to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities to provide comprehensive dental care and supervise dental staff as needed.

No evenings or weekends, with a flexible schedule to fit your availability. We support you with logistics, equipment, and administrative help, focusing on quality patient care and your professional autonomy.

Dentist Responsibilities:

-Travel to skilled nursing and long term care facilities.

-Provide comprehensive dental care in the areas of preventative dentistry, removable prosthodontic, and oral surgery.

-Properly document all procedures and treatment utilizing our EMR system.

-Follow established standards, protocols, and practices.

-Provide supervision of Dental Assistant and Dental Hygienist working as a team.

Qualifications

We Provide:

• Trained Dental Assistant to assist on all visits
• State of the art portable equipment, instruments,and supplies
  • including theAsepticodelivery system with high and low speed hand pieces and suction, hand held X-ray camera (all our DA are certified to take the x-rays), Hand Held Digital Sensor for Digital Imaging, all standard surgical instruments and we use polyvinyl impression materials to take impressions
• All scheduling and billingarecompleted by 360Care
• Full office support including a Care Coordination team handling all consents, pre-authorizations, patient scheduling, post op and IT support
