Impress is seeking a Dentist to join our technology-driven, team-based dental practice in the United States. You will provide clear aligner therapy and high-quality dental care, conduct patient consultations, treatment planning, and deliver a world-class experience using cutting-edge tools.

Qualifications

• Dental degree from an accredited university.
• Active state dental license(s).
• Valid work authorization for the country of operation.
• Commitment to clinical excellence and efficient treatment planning.
• Tech-savvy with healthcare software and digital tools.
• Experience in orthodontics or clear aligner treatment.
• Willingness to travel between clinic locations.

Responsibilities

• Explain and determine treatment plans while delivering a world-class patient experience.
• Perform consultations, 3D scans, follow-ups, IPRs, and engager placement.
• Carry out fillings, dental hygiene, whitening, and other procedures as needed.
• Submit aligner diagnostics to our network and coordinate with the medical director.

• Dental Procedures: Carry out fillings, dental hygiene, whitening, and other dental procedures as needed.

• Education: Educate patients on oral health practices and ensure the responsible maintenance of dental equipment.

Requirements

• Education: Dental degree from an accredited university (DDS/DMD).
• Licensing: Relevant State Dental Board Licenses.
• Work authorization: Compliance with all dental and healthcare laws and a valid work permit for the country of operation.
