Pay information

• Competitive daily rates starting at $800, depending on experience and clinical capabilities
• Earn a minimum of 32% of production based on your experience and capabilities
• Opportunities for performance-based increases, including participation in the GEDC Progressive Provider Pay program that rewards increases in your percentage of production based on clinical value created

About this office

• Location: 381 S Little Tor Rd, New City, NY 10956, conveniently located off Palisade Interstate Pkwy
• Schedule: Part-time, Mondays (9am-6pm) and Fridays (8am-2pm)
• 5 operatory digital and paperless practice
• Multi-provider practice with General Dentist and Periodontist

What you’ll bring to the team

• Clinical Expertise: Diagnose and treat oral health issues using advanced dental procedures. Perform routine exams, cleanings, and restorative treatments.
• Treatment Planning: Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on patient needs. Educate patients on options to support informed decisions.
• Patient Care: Provide compassionate, patient-centered care, addressing concerns and creating a comfortable environment. Build positive patient relationships.
• Leadership and Collaboration: Work with dental assistants, hygienists, and staff to ensure smooth operations. Offer guidance on treatment protocols and best practices.
• Adherence to Protocols: Follow clinical protocols, including infection control and safety measures. Use referral guidelines when necessary.

What we require

• Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from an accredited school
• Active, unrestricted dental license
• Proficiency in routine procedures: exams, cleanings, restorations
• Experience with treatment planning, case presentations, and patient education
