Job summary

Community Dental Care in Rochester, MN seeks part-time and full-time dentists to join our growing practice. You will be part of a clinical team providing quality, caring dentistry to patients of all ages on public programs.

Candidates should be licensed in Minnesota and committed to culturally sensitive care. We offer a supportive, collaborative environment with opportunities for professional growth, robust benefits, and a focus on reducing barriers to access.

Qualifications

• Licensed with the MN Board of Dentistry.
• CPR/AED Certificate.
• Experience working with culturally diverse communities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care with a focus on the health needs of the patients.
• Provide a patient-centered approach and culturally competent care.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Conduct examinations of teeth and surrounding tissue utilizing diagnostic tools, including medical and dental histories, dental radiographs, diagnostic casts.
• Provide patient education in proper oral healthcare and various treatment options.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient electronic records.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal and clinic guidelines and protocols.

Join our team in Rochester! We’re hiring part-time and full-time Dentists to be part of our growing practice. Our Dentists serve as an integral part of the clinical team in providing quality, caring clinical dentistry. We are seeking providers who are passionate about our mission!

Community Dental Care is Minnesota's largest provider of comprehensive dental care for people of all ages on public programs. We operate five clinics across the state, including the Twin Cities, Rochester and Buffalo.

• General Dentistry: Crowns (including custom crowns, implant crowns, and stainless-steel crowns), bridges, direct restorations (amalgam and composite)
• Endodontics: anterior, premolar, and some molar
• Oral surgery: extractions, including some impacted thirds molars, alveoloplasty
• Pediatrics: stainless steel crowns, extractions, restorations, pulpotomies, space maintainers
• Prosthodontics: Complete and partial removable dentures in addition to fixed pros

Rochester Clinic Hours

Monday/Tuesday: 7:50am – 3pm

Thursday: 7:50am-5pm

Friday: 7:50am-2pm
