Job Requirements

Come Join Our Team! We Are Hiring! We are currently hiring for a PART-TIME Dentist in Milwaukee, WI at Progressive Community Health Centers. Do you have a passion for our community and the skill set to support growth at an up-and-coming health organization?

Are you a student in your last year of dental school or a licensed primary care clinician? If so, you may be eligible for loan repayment assistance through the NHSC Loan Repayment Program (NHSC LRP) or the NHSC Students to Service Loan Repayment Program (NHSC S2S LRP). In exchange for loan repayment, you serve at least two years at an NHSC-approved site in a Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA).

About Us

Founded in 1999, Progressive Community Health Centers is an independent non-profit organization operating four clinics in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Supporting over 100 employees, we aim to improve community health by providing culturally competent, high-quality, comprehensive care to roughly 16,000 low-income patients annually. We offer services including family medicine, internal medicine, women’s health, urgent care, dental, radiology, and behavioral health, along with supportive services such as case management and health education.

Role Responsibilities

The dentist is responsible for providing preventative and restorative dental care that meets professional standards.

Qualifications
  • DDS degree from an accredited college or university
  • Licensed to practice dentistry in Wisconsin
  • DEA registration

All employees and volunteers must be vaccinated against influenza and submit proof prior to orientation, as a mandatory safety measure.
