Creek Crossing Dental Care in Mesquite, TX is seeking a Dentist to lead the clinical side of the practice and set the standard of care. You will mentor associates and assistants, shape the treatment philosophy, and be responsible for clinical outcomes.

This role offers ownership-like influence without immediate debt, with opportunities to influence equipment and team decisions. The successful candidate will build trust-based patient relationships in the community.

• DDS or DMD with an active, unrestricted Texas dental license.
• Several years of general practice experience and wide clinical range.
• The judgment to know when to treat and when to refer.
• The temperament to teach rather than only to correct.

We are hiring a Dentist to lead the clinical side of Creek Crossing Dental Care: to set the standard of care, mentor the associates and assistants, and answer for the practice's clinical outcomes.

This is the right role for a dentist who wants the influence of ownership without first taking on the debt of it. You will shape the treatment philosophy, the equipment list, and the clinical team.

Patients in Mesquite have long memories. The dentist who takes this role is the one they will name when a neighbour asks them who they see.

What you'll do
