Dentist in Austin is seeking an Associate Dentist to sharpen clinical and business judgment in a modern, well-equipped practice. We value growth mindset and ownership; an experienced candidate is ideal, but a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn also fit.

You will perform exams, diagnose and present plans, deliver general and emergency care, work with hygiene for periodontal care, and maintain thorough notes while teaching team members chairside.

Qualifikationen

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school and an active Texas dental license.
• Strong surgical skills, proficient with simple and surgical extractions; impacted, soft tissue, and bony extractions are a plus.
• Comfortable with anterior and premolar endodontics; molar endodontics is a plus.
• Competent across composite and amalgam restorations, crown and bridge, partial and full dentures, and pediatric restorations, stainless steel crowns, and pulpotomies.
• Composure and sound decision making under pressure, and consistency day to day.
• High moral and ethical standards that cannot be compromised under any circumstances.
