Summary:
This full-time General Dentist position in Vancouver, WA offers a competitive salary ranging from $205,000 to $450,000, along with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Position Details:

1. Full team of in-house Board-eligible or Certified specialists to support your specialty needs.
2. Predominantly PPO practice with comprehensive dental services.
3. Compensation: 31% - 33% + of production based on experience, with guaranteed compensation in the first 6 months. Expected annual income between $205,000 and $450,000.
4. Schedule: Minimum of 4 days a week with a flexible schedule.
5. Location: 12503 SE Mill Plain, Ste 222, Vancouver, WA 98684.
