This opportunity offers an established patient base, advanced dental technology, clinical autonomy and significant earning potential, with an option for practice ownership equity.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing comprehensive restorative and general dentistry procedures, developing treatment plans and delivering high-quality patient care.

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services to patients.
• Perform molar endodontics, crown and bridge procedures, extractions, dentures and partials.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to patients' dental needs.

Compensation And Benefits

• Annual Earning Potential: $350,000-$650,000+
• Compensation: 34-40% of collections
• $10,000 sign-on bonus and/or relocation assistance

Practice Environment

• Established patient base with significant treatment needs.
• Fee-for-service (FFS) and select PPO insurance participation.
• Approximately 70% direct patient-pay model.
• No capitation, HMO, Medicare or Medicaid participation.
• Fully equipped clinical environment featuring CBCT and advanced dental technology.
• Experienced support team, including office managers, new patient coordinators, dental assistants, hygienists and patient service representatives.
