Job summary

Gentle Dental Careers in Kent, WA, is seeking a full-time General Dentist to provide comprehensive dental care in a predominantly PPO practice. A team of in-house specialists supports specialist needs, with compensation based on production and a guaranteed base in the first 60 days.

Relocation assistance and license reimbursement are offered; H-1B/TN/Green Card sponsorship is available. Candidates must hold a WA dental license and 2 years of dentistry experience.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience as a general dentist.
  • Accredited dental school graduate.
  • Current WA State Dental License (or ability to obtain by employment).
  • CPR, DEA, and NPI certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general dentistry services in a PPO-heavy practice.
  • Collaborate with in-house specialists and support staff.
  • Maintain high-quality patient care with a production-based compensation model.

Position Details
  • Full team of in house Board eligible, or Certified, specialists to support your specialty needs
  • Predominantly PPO practice
  • Comprehensive dental office
  • Compensation
  • Percentage of production based on experience
  • Guaranteed compensation in first 60 days
  • Full time Dentist expected to make between $150,000 and $400,000
Schedule
  • 4-5 days a Week
  • Monday, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 1 Saturday a month
