• Consistent Work Schedule: Office hours are Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 54 PM.

• Proven Production Potential: Average daily production for general dentists is $4,500, with strong patient demand.

• Efficient Practice Model: Traditional 3-column schedule with accelerated/assisted hygiene, maximizing efficiency and income potential.

Compensation & Partnership Track:

• Collections-Based Compensation with a 99% RCM/Collections Rate

• Tiered, Progressive Rate of Collections:

  • 30% for collections under $60K

  • 32% for collections between $60K–$80K

  • 34% for collections over $80K

• Projected Earnings: A doctor collecting $90,000/month would earn $27,800 monthly or ~$333,600/year.
