Gentle Dental in Glendale, AZ, is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join a mission-driven team within the InterDent family. The practice emphasizes patient care, clinical autonomy, and team empowerment while supporting growth and work-life balance.

The opportunity features a PPO practice with a production-based compensation model and a schedule of 5 days per week (Mon–Fri), with Fridays and some Saturdays required. Great benefits and relocation/license reimbursement are available.

Position Details

• Full team of in house Board eligible, or Certified, specialists to support your specialty needs
• Predominantly PPO practice
• Comprehensive dental office
• Compensation
• Percentage of production based on experience

Schedule

• 5 days a week
• Monday – Friday
• Fridays and some Saturdays Required
